Pharmacists from across Cavite gathered for the PPhA Annual Continuing Professional Development Seminar

Pharmacists from across Cavite gathered last September 14, 2024 for the PPhA Annual Continuing Professional Development Seminar, themed 'Empowering the Filipino Pharmacists for Better Healthcare' held at De La Salle Amino Center, Dasmariñas, Cavite.
Ms. Naomi M. De Aro, RN MAN EdD, Vice Chancelor for Academics, De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute gave the Welcome Remarks.
Speakers were Mr. Dennis O. Casares, RPh , PPhA Vice President for Luzon, Mr. Louie Fernand Legaspi, RPh MHSS and Dr. Mark Anthony Ellana, RPh PharmD both from PPhA Speakers Bureau.
The event highlighted the crucial role of pharmacists in advancing healthcare, focusing on skills development, self care, and professional growth. Through collaborative discussions and expert-led sessions, participants left with renewed commitment to enhancing the quality of healthcare in the Philippines.
Chapter Updates was discussed by Dr. Alicia Catabay, RPh MSc PhD, President, PPhA Cavite Chapter, Learning Insight and Conclusion by Ms. Maria Teresa Basilides, RPh MS, Secretary, PPhA Cavite Chapter and Closing Remarks delivered by Dr. Zenaida Sadiwa, RPh MS PhD, Vice President, PPhA Cavite Chapter
Ms. Dahlia Talavera, RPh and Mr. Darwin Japheth Eusebio, RPh served as Masters of Ceremony.
