PPhA Zamboanga Sibugay Chapter hosted a successful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar

On October 13, 2024, the PPhA Zamboanga Sibugay Chapter hosted a successful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminar at Casa Mea Hotel in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay. The seminar, with the theme "Empowering Filipino Pharmacists for Better Health Care," was attended by over 100 pharmacists from across the province.
The event offered 6 CPD units and was led by the chapter’s president, Ms. Novel Sonny Peñaflor, along with the rest of the chapter officers. Notable speakers included Mr. Dennis O. Casares, PPhA Vice President for Luzon, and Christopher Michael Mendoza, a member of the PPhA Speakers Bureau. Their insightful presentations focused on advancing the role of pharmacists in improving healthcare delivery and strengthening the profession.
This seminar served as a vital platform for local pharmacists to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the region.
